In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, coconut milk, and coconut sugar. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth out the top. Place in the freezer.
Cut the peanut butter cups into quarters. Remove the pie from the freezer and sprinkle on the peanut butter cup pieces.
Freeze for the pie for 4 hours. Allow the pie to soften for a few minutes before serving. Store the leftovers in the freezer.
