Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a 9x13" glass baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, the Chebe mix, and the eggs. Add 1/4 cup of the warm water. Partially stir the dough and continue to add the warm water until the dough can be formed into a ball and handled without it being too sticky.
Gently knead the dough until it smooth. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
Sprinkle some tapioca flour on a cutting board and place one of the dough pieces on the cutting board. Press the dough into a triangle shape.
Place a hot dog and a slice of cheese on the widest end of the triangle and roll the hot dog up in the dough. Place the pig in a blanket on the baking sheet.
Repeat steps 4 & 5 until all the hot dogs have been rolled up in the dough pieces.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. The bottoms of the blankets should be a golden brown. Brush the tops of the blankets with olive oil or butter and sprinkle on some garlic salt. Serve warm and enjoy!
