Preheat the oven to 395 degrees F.
Wash, peel, and slice the pears. Gently stir in the remaining pear filling ingredients with the pear slices.
Evenly distribute the pear filling into the pie crust. Set aside.
In a food processor, gently pulse together the cassava flour, tapioca flour, coconut sugar, and cinnamon.
Cut the cold butter into tablespoon size pieces and place them in the food processor. Pulse until a crumble forms.
Sprinkle the crumble over the pie filling. Bake for 15 minutes.
Cover the pie with aluminum foil and bake for 15-18 more minutes. Remove the pie from the oven and keep the aluminum foil cover on for 15 more minutes.
You can remove the aluminum foil cover after 15 minutes. Allow the pie to cool before serving!
