1/2cupBob's Red Mill tapioca flour
1/2cupcassava flour
1tsp.baking powder
1/8tsp. baking soda
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly oil an 8x8" glass baking dish with coconut oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until combined then add the applesauce and eggs. Mix thoroughly.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until everything is incorporated into the batter. Spread the batter into the glass baking dish.
Bake for 12-18 minutes, depending on how gooey you want the brownies to be. Enjoy warm or cooled!
