Plug in your waffle maker to all it to preheat.
Combine all of the waffle ingredients in a high-speed blender for food processor. It doesn't matter in what order you add the ingredients, but I generally start with the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients.
Blend the ingredients until a smooth batter forms. If the batter seems too thin, allow it to set for 5-10 minutes. If the batter seems too thick, add a little water until the correct consistency is achieved.
Pour the batter into your waffle maker, making as big or small of a waffle as you want. Let the waffle cook for 6-10 minutes. An 8-10 minute cook time will yield crispier waffles.
Continue making waffles until all the batter is used up. As you make the waffles, you may need to thin the batter with some water before pouring each waffle. Enjoy the waffles immediately or let them cool and freeze them for later!
If you are enjoying the waffles with strawberry topping, serve them with the sliced fresh strawberries, organic butter, and dairy-free whipping cream!
